Go to a mortgage broker, ask them about Indymac Bank. They don’t have minimum loan amounts.

If you are having trouble getting a mortgage loan for 10k I am suprised you can afford a computer.
Try renting.

Many lenders will not loan such a small amount. You could take out a larger loan, then either use the extra to improve the property, invest it to make yourself some extra cash, or pay it back immediately. That will come off of the principal and reduce your interest payments and the length of your loan.

Try a finance company instead. I had the same problem with buying my house for 45,000. We went through wells fargo and financed it for 434.00 a month. Your interest will be high but, it’s worth having a cheap house payment in the long run.
