that is to say your mother was the real owner of this house before she died, so before u made any payments according to you since u said u had 7 siblings, why dont you let them be aware of it and try to documents all you are paying out on this house. you must have at least one witness. but to me she is your mum and is your siblings same parent. if yes since you paid the morgage up u shld owns that house but if is another issue dat is in your mother will concerning d house you shld decide to sell up the house den u can take all your investments in the house before u share d remaining money left.

After reading your question,completely it became clear to me(Legalwriter) that your problem lies in the fact that the homestead is in dual names.I’m almost possitive it dosen’t who’s name is first on the document. I’m sorry.
