The process can be hard. My law firm helps vets & spouses apply for the aid & attendance pension which is the ONLY VA pension we handle. The A&A pension is designed to cover in-home care, nursing home or assisted living care. Call us if you are having problems or want information. No charge for telephone consultation. Jim Underhill, Underhill Law Firm 800-465-1266. We never charge Vets or spouses anything for filing. We are VA Accredited. Jim Underhill (MAJ,USARRet.)WE DO NOT ENDORSE ANY VIDEO.

I’m too afraid to borrow with all this predatory lending, I’m stuck with an adjustable VA loan and when it goes up I’m screwed.I got it at 5.25% and I was under the impression it would only go up 1 percentage point on my unpaid balance but from the videos I’m watching with the arm, I’ll be looking at living in my car and I have excellent credit (not just good). Was turned down by GMAC (my own mortgage company) simply because my home was not *comparable* to other houses in my neighborhood…wtf?
